Unity Yoga offers a form of Hatha Yoga that draws together an alignment-based practice with the life affirming, non-dual philosophy of Tantra.
At Unity Yoga we practice with a steady, mindful and open attitude to develop a deeper awareness of our unique creativity, honouring all levels of experience.
Classes and workshops are run regularly in Bulahdelah and the surrounding communities and are tailored to accommodate individual needs and physical conditions. They are run by Christine du Fresne, a teacher with more than 30 years experience, and offer a range of practices so that all may experience growth and shifts in awareness in their lives, and within themselves.
