Regional yoga classes
Yoga classes are offered Friday mornings 9.30 – 11am at the Bulahdelah War Memorial Hall, Crawford Street, Bulahdelah, NSW.
Workshops are offered on dates and at places to be advised.
Please contact Christine for all Bulahdelah workshop bookings and Teacher Trainings.
There is no need to book local Bulahdelah classes, unless you are pregnant or have an injury.
