Online classes are run through Zoom on Saturday mornings AEST from 7.45 – 8.45 am.

Regional yoga classes
Yoga classes are offered
on Mondays 6.00 – 7.00 pm. and Friday mornings 9.30 – 11am at the Bulahdelah War Memorial Hall, Crawford Street, Bulahdelah, NSW.
Workshops are offered on dates and at places to be advised.
